Navigate for the SRS codes screen and choose the option to clear all of the codes, both current and past, from the SRS modules memory. Wait for the scan tool to display a confirmation message that the codes have been cleared.5Exit the codes menu and return to the home screen Car Diagnostic Tools. Power down the scan tool and disconnect it from the diagnostic terminal. Start the vehicle and check to make sure that the SRS isn’t illuminated.
